Founding Partner & Lead Historical Researcher/Genealogist

Tammy Vallee is a founding partner and lead historical researcher and genealogist at Kindred Consulting, a family-operated firm known for its bespoke research services. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in Western Canadian Métis genealogy and has supported Indigenous communities by designing registry initiatives and building meaningful records across Canada and beyond.

Tammy is recognized for her discretion, precision, and ability to manage sensitive and complex archival materials, as well as for her work as an educator and speaker since 2006. Her dedication stems from personal roots in Saskatchewan, and she balances her professional achievements with her roles as a wife, mother, Kookum, and photographer behind Vallee Views.

ROY VALLEE
Founding Partner 

Roy Vallee is a partner at Kindred Consulting, where he supports the firm’s work through the processing and coordination of archival records across institutions in Canada.

Deeply rooted in Northwestern Saskatchewan, Roy traces his ancestry to several of the region’s founding families, including early fur traders and First Nations leadership.

In addition to his role at Kindred Consulting, Roy serves the City of Saskatoon as a transit operator, reflecting a strong commitment to community and service.

NOVA VALLEE
Research & Digital Support

Nova Vallee supports the work of Kindred Consulting through the digitization, organization, and management of historical records and archival materials.

Their role focuses on ensuring that complex information is accurately processed and accessible, supporting ongoing research, registry development, and land claim initiatives.

Working within the family business, Nova contributes to file administration and data management across projects with consistency and attention to detail.

Outside of Kindred Consulting, Nova is active in the online gaming community as a content creator and streamer.

Office Supervisor

Cullen Vallee has been an integral presence at Kindred Consulting since 2014, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the home office.

A descendant of Himalayan and Ragdoll lineage, Cullen greets visitors, monitors team morale, and ensures regular breaks for attention and treats.

He also safeguards important materials by ensuring they are never misplaced—often by sitting directly on them.
